Domestic (US): Shipped via UPS Ground (2–5 business days).

North America (Outside US): Shipped via UPS Standard (2–5 business days).

International: Shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited (3–5 business days).

Expedited shipping options are available. If you need a fragment by a specific date, please include a note during checkout, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 5 days of delivery receipt.

Exclusions: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Condition: Exchanged fragments must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original condition.
